UD Student Rentals
We offer a wide range of student rental properties in many high demand locations across the UD campus. Our units on Choate, Chapel, Benny and Corbit Streets rent very quickly and prospective tenants typically begin contacting us in September/October to secure a house for the following school year.
All of our leases run from June 1st thru May 31st and we require quarterly rental payments (no exceptions). We also require one month's rent as a security deposit.
