UD Student Rentals
Contact us early to view or secure your house! Typically, all of our student rentals are leased by mid-October for the following school year!
All leases for UD rentals begin on June 1st and run through May 31st.
We only accept quarterly, semi-annual or annual rent payments (no exceptions).
Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
To be considered, all tenants must submit a completed application and pay the required application fee.
Residential Rentals
Our minimum lease term is one year. We do not offer month-to-month leases.
